Common questions
Do I actually need a paid tier?
Only if you're moving more than a handful of items a day. The free plan is enough to try the whole product. When you start scanning more than 5 items in a session, we'll show you where you are against the daily cap so you can decide whether to upgrade.
What exactly counts as a scan?
Any AI-driven photo operation. Bulk photo intake, single-item Thrifter Vision, card scanning, shelf sweep, and photo background-removal all deduct from your daily budget. Manual entry does not.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, up or down at any point. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you're not surprised mid-month.
Do you charge for the app itself, or just AI?
For now, just AI usage. The vault, listings sync, profit ledger, marketplace integrations — all included at every tier including free. If we ever charge a platform fee that isn't AI-usage-based, we'll email you 30 days before it takes effect.
How do I get an invite code?
New accounts start with an invite code. Fill out the request-invite form on the landing page and we'll email you one.
